Man charged with murder after body dumped in wheelie bin at picnic spot

WA police charge a 28-year-old man with the murder of Dinh Lam Nguyen, whose plastic-wrapped body was found stuffed inside a wheelie bin that was partially submerged in a dam in the Perth's Hills area.
