Northern beaches cafe owner lashes out at 'insult' $5k grants offered after COVID cluster lockdown

A cafe owner on Sydney's northern beaches says the State Government's grants program to relieve businesses struggling since the Christmas coronavirus lockdown is a "pittance" and an "insult" and he doesn't want the money.
