Guide dog handlers say more people and pet dogs distracting their animals

As the world celebrates International Guide Dog Day today, a new survey reports more than 40 per cent of guide dog handlers across Australia have reported an increase in their animals having to deal with distractions from pet dogs and owners in the past 12 months.
