Singapore Airlines and CapitaLand embarked on a new rewards partnership that will deliver greater value to their members, beginning with the launch of a two-way rewards conversion programme between their respective KrisFlyer loyalty programme and CapitaStar shopping and lifestyle rewards programme. This partnership will allow KrisFlyer and CapitaStar members to redeem their miles and STAR$® for a wide variety of lifestyle and travel rewards. Members can also look forward to more programme benefits such as exclusive CapitaStar shopping, dining and lifestyle rewards on the Kris+ mobile app, with more other perks and privileges made available progressively. With the conversion programme, KrisFlyer and CapitaStar members are able to convert between miles and STAR$® on the two rewards programmes directly and seamlessly via SingaporeAir.com, the SingaporeAir mobile app, the Singapore Airlines’ lifestyle app Kris+, the CapitaStar mobile app and CapitaStar.com. Conversions can be done digitally, 24/7 on-the-go, at members’ convenience. The partnership presents more choices to members of both programmes as they unlock a wide range of options to use their miles and STAR$®. This includes over 40 KrisFlyer airline partners and more than 180 non-airline partners across 780 partner outlets across Singapore, as well as at 16 participating CapitaLand malls island-wide and on CapitaLand’s digital platforms eCapitaMall and Capita3Eats1.
