Why can't Queensland have a mass COVID-19 vaccination hub like NSW?

Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk says the state doesn't have enough supply of the COVID-19 vaccine to meet the demand of a mass vaccination hub, similiar to one planned by NSW.
