He also reiterated ministers’ comments that France ‘will be removed’ from the Amber+ list.</p> <p>Fears that Spain would be red-listed have also been allayed, as a Whitehall source claimed that increased restrictions would be “very unlikely”.</p> <p>“Spain won’t be going on the amber watchlist – the only danger is it going red but that’s very unlikely,” the source told The Times. ”Cases are coming down. And they haven’t got enough beds to quarantine everybody.
