PACIFICA – A bicyclist was seriously injured in a hit-and-run collision Sunday night in Pacifica, police said. The collision was reported at about 6:50 p.m. on Skyline Boulevard near Sharp Park Road, the Pacifica Police Department said in a news release. Police said the bicyclist was riding northbound along the shoulder of the roadway when he was hit from behind by a passing vehicle. The driver of the vehicle did not stop to render aid. The bicyclist was taken to a hospital with serious injuries, but is expected to survive, police said. Police are seeking witnesses to the collision.
